Software Appears As "Unlicensed' in NI License Manager But Runs Correctly

Issue Details

NI License Manager Product Summary shows software as "Unlicensed" even though we are able to run the software on the PC without any issues, how can we correct this within NI License Manager? 


There are a couple of reasons that could potentially cause this problem to occur.

1) An outdated or unsupported version of NI License Manager; you can correct this by updating your software to the most recent version of NI License Manager. 
2) If you have a Volume License Agreement (VLA) and are using a third party program on your server to manage your licenses this is a known issue and the recommended approach is to use NI Volume License Manager to manage your NI software licenses.
