Activating National Instruments Software Asks for Email Confirmation

Issue Details

I have moved to a different computer and I want to use some of my National Instruments software in this computer. When I try open the software it requires me to activate it.  After that then it asks to log in into the account. When I log in into my account it asks for confirmation of the email address, but I have done this in my old computer. What should I do?


Even though you have confirmed the email address for the account before, you should confirm it again in this activation. This should send an email to the email address corresponding to the account, with the link to a website that allows confirming the email address.

After confirming the address you can now go to the software and you should be able to activate it.
