Not Able to Click on Self-Test in NI MAX

Issue Details

My DAQ device shows up in Windows Device Manager and in NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). However, I can't click on Self-Test either at the top of the window or in the right-click menu for my device.

Solution

It is likely that either NI MAX was not refreshed or that the device needs to be reset.
There are three troubleshooting steps you can try. The first two steps below will usually correct the issue. Only try step three if the first two steps do not resolve the problem.
  1. If Refresh is an option, click on it to refresh NI MAX. 
  1. Reset your device by clicking Reset, either at the top of the window (above) or in the right-click menu (below).
  1. Reset the NI MAX database.

Before performing step 3, you may want to save your NI MAX System Configuration by exporting it
