LabVIEW FPGA Cloud Compilation Stuck at Waiting in Queue

Issue Details

I am compiling my LabVIEW FPGA program with the Cloud Compile Service and the status is "stuck" at Waiting in Queue. I've waited over an hour and this status has not changed. Is there a way to resolve this?
 

Solution

Unfortunately, there are temporarily times when a lot of users are utilizing the service and you will have to wait in the queue until your job is the next to be processed. Here are a few things to try if you suspect that your job is getting stuck in this state, or if you are unable to wait for the remote server:

  1. Navigate to https://galileo.niwsc.com/ in your web browser and make sure you can see a white page with the words "It works!" on the page to confirm that you are able to communicate fully with the NI LabVIEW FPGA Compile Cloud Service
  2. You can abort the job and try submitting it again, or at a later time.
  3. You can use local, remote, or compile farm services as described in NI LabVIEW FPGA Compilation Options .
