NI Licensing Wizard Closes When I Enter My Credentials

Issue Details

I am trying to activate my National Instruments software using NI License Manager. When I open the NI Licensing Wizard, it requests me to log into my NI account, I enter my credentials and hit continue, but the NI Licensing Wizard just closes. It disappears and does not let me enter my Serial Number or any activation code. I already tried changing my password to a new one longer than 8 characters, and I logged out and logged in to my account, and I'm still having the same error. How can I activate my software?


To solve this issue, you must reinstall the NI License Manager program.

After doing this, the problem should go away and you should be able to log in correctly and activate the software.
