Bluetooth Low Energy 4.1 Support in LabVIEW Bluetooth 19.0

Issue Details

I noticed in the Bluetooth Toolkit 19.0 Readme that the toolkit supports BLE 4.0, 4.2, and 5.0, but doesn't state that it supports 4.1.  Is BLE 4.1 not supported?

Solution

The toolkit supports all version of BLE up to 5.1.  BLE 4.1 is supported because all BLE standards are backwards compatible.  Therefore version 4.2 includes 4.1.  The reason that BLE 4.1 is missing from the readme is that it didn't add any significant changes to the PHY layer.
