Software Needed for the PXIe-S5090 Vector Network Analyzer

Issue Details

I have a PXIe-S5090 Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and wanted to know where I can find the software needed for this device.

Solution

The PXIe-S5090 VNA was co-developed by Copper Mountain™ Technologies and NI. In order to get the software needed, you must navigate to Copper Mountain Technologies web site. Please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Make sure the required prerequisite software is installed:
  2. Visit Copper Mountain Technologies Download Software page.
  3. Download the PXIe_S2 VNA Software package. 
    Refer to the software release notes to determine which driver versions are supported for your specific PXIe‑S5090 hardware revision.

 

Note: 

Support for PXIe‑S5090 hardware revision 4 (VNA serial numbers starting from 23177005) was introduced in CMT PXI S2VNA version 23.2.2.
