1. Check your device is detected in NI-MAX. If not, follow the steps in the following link: CompactRIO C Series Modules Not Showing in NI Measurement & Automation Explorer. If you are connected locally to your PC, you can also try connecting your cRIO to the network through Ethernet connection.2. Is your cRIO compatible with LabVIEW NXG? Refer to the readme linked above.3. Check in NI-MAX that NI CompactRIO driver is installed4. Verify that LabVIEW NXG FPGA and LabVIEW NXG Real-Time Modules are installed. 5. Add the device manually by selecting Add hardware in SystemDesigner and using the IP address as shown below :
