Connection Error Trying to Log into NI User Account

Issue Details

I am trying to activate my NI products online through the NI Licensing Wizard. When I try to log into my NI account, I receive the following error message:

Connection error. Check your internet connection and try again. If this problem persists, contact NI support.


This error occurs because your computer is unable to reach the online NI servers. To resolve this issue, you must allow specific NI URLs and their corresponding ports access through your firewall. This will allow communication to the NI servers to take place.

If you cannot allow these URLs through your firewall, please use NI Product Activation to generate offline activation codes or contact NI Technical Support.
