Devices or Test Suites Missing in the Download Section in Micropross Webpage

Issue Details

After logged me using in the downlaod center using my Yubikey (download key), I am not able to find (and download) my test suite or a firmware for my device. My download area is empty. Could you help me?


If you are not able to see and download what you should see. May be your maintenance contract is outdated. Please create a ticket with those following information in order to check it :
- Serial number of your devices or tests suite
- Information of your Green dongle (DLPF file)
- Serial number of your download key (Black USB key)
