Unable to Check the Maintenance Contracts in My Micropross Account

Issue Details

I'm logging under my Micropross account to review the list and the expiration date of all my devices under maintenance by Micropross.

Unfortunatly, I only get a help page with links to technical information. Can you guide me to have the expected information?


Using this way, you will not be able to see the list of the devices under maintenance contract.

The only way to check if there is an active maintenance contract is to send us the serial number (device or test suite) and we will check it in our database.
