The OLED Screen on My ELVIS III Isn't Working

Issue Details

My ELVIS III OLED screen is not lighting up.

Solution

Activate the OLED display.
  1. If the screen still does not turn on; check that the software is up to date this can be done through NI MAX
  1. Check that you can see the ELVIS in device manger under portable devices when connected via USB
  1. If the OLED is still not working then you will need to:
  1. Uninstall all the software
  2. Reformat the device in NI MAX
  3. Reinstall the software again, this can be found in NI Package Manger or on our website
