Error Code: -604 When Installing Labview Statechart Module

Issue Details

I am trying to install the LabVIEW Statechart Module through the JKI VI Package Manager. However, my installation is aborted and I may see the following error:

Main Package Name: LabVIEW Statechart Module v1.0.0.1
Package Name with Error: LabVIEW Statechart Module v1.0.0.1
Error Message: VIPM could not install the package national_instruments_lib_labview_statechart_module-1.0.0.1
Error Code: -604
Error Source: Create Registry Key.vi

Solution

This error is due to the JKI VI Package Manager not having enough privileges to set keys in the Windows Registry. 
Right-click the JKI Package Manager and select "Run as administrator" from the menu to give the correct permissions.
