HW: MP500 TCL3 or MP500 PT1NFC
I tried to apply a firmware update on my MP500, but I get an unexpected error during the process. I'm now unable to use my device properly.
In case of connection failure or unexpected issue during an update process, it might be helpful to put your MP500 in recovery mode:To do so:
After that, power off/on again the device to switch back to the standard mode.
Recovery Mode is a special boot for the MP500, which can be useful in case of connection failure or issue during the firmware update process.In case the issue persists, please contact NI technical support team on NI.com when opening a Service Request case using the NI Service Request Manager (SRM).To open a service request on NI.com please follow the steps described at this link.
