How to Fix Error -1074396072 at IMAQ Convolute VI

Issue Details

I get an error -1074396072 when I use the IMAQ Convolute VI with 9 x 9 kernels. When I use 1 x 1, 3 x 3, 5 x 5, or 7 x 7 kernels, I do not get any error. How can I fix this? 

Solution

You need to set an appropriate border size at the IMAQ Create VI because the IMAQ Convolute VI requires a border to calculate convolution and the necessary border size depends on the kernel size. You can set the border size at the border size terminal of the IMAQ Create VI. The default border size is 3. A 9 x 9 kernel needs a minimum border of 4, so you have to set the border size to 4.
