Issue Details

I want to use the function "Increment PtByPt" in LabVIEW but I don't understand when the overflow becomes "TRUE".
I want  to change the value when the overflow becomes "TRUE", how can I do it?

Solution

The counter of the "Increment PtByPt" function is a 32-bit unsigned integer. The "overflow" value becomes "TRUE" only when the counter reach the value 4,294,967,295 which is the largest possible number on 32 bits.

It's is not possible to customize when the overflow becomes "TRUE" with the "Increment PtByPt" function.
The function attached to this document is a modified version of the "Increment PtByPt" function. It allows to choose the value when the overflow becomes TRUE.
