I Have an Error in MPMANAGER MPRFA Hardware Malfunction

Issue Details

Trying to use my Test Suite on MPMANAGER, I got the following error:

Error: MPRFA exception: Hardware malfunction (6c8)

Solution

  1. Open Windows Device Manager and check if the MPRFA is detected under Ports.If it's the case, go to the next step 
  2. Check in instruments panel of MPMANAGER Configuration tab if the MPRFA being correctly detected. If not, go to the next step.
  3. Run the attach MPRFA control software and check if you can control the amplifier.

Additional Information

The MPRFA amplifier is auto-detected through the USB connection from the Test Suite.

If you have more than one MPRFA connected to the computer, you have to fill the connection string related to the
MPRFA you want to use. This connection string is the COM port name as it is written in the device manager without spaces
