Warning 213907 in Devices and Interfaces Section in NI MAX

Issue Details

I'm using a PXI chassis equipped with some PXI boards. The PXI-4070s show warning 213907 in NI MAX as shown in figure below. How can I fix it?
 

Solution

You can remove the warning without a reboot by following the instructions below:

1. Open Windows Device Manager

2. Find the device that shows a warning in NI MAX

3. Right-click and select Uninstall

4. Make sure that "Delete the driver software for this device" remains UNCHECKED

5. Click on Action » Scan for Hardware Changes

6. Refresh NI MAX by pressing F5
