NI Licensing Window Log In Page Clears Credentials

Issue Details

When I try to log into my NI User Account from the NI Licensing Wizard, the Log In window refreshes and clears my username and password when I press the Log In button.

Solution

This may be caused because your computer is unable to send your credential information to our servers. Check to see if cookies are enabled on your browser. If they are disabled, enable them. Information on how to enable cookies in popular browsers is linked below:
