This is a known issue with USB cDAQ chassis and modules, USB X Series devices, and myDAQ. National Instruments has seen this issue with Renesas, Fresco Logic and ASMedia USB controllers, but other controllers may also be affected. If you are experiencing this problem or a similar problem, perform the next steps:
To update the driver, first determine the manufacturer of the USB 3.0 Host Controller:
Open Device Manager by going to Start»Control Panel»System and Security»System and click Device Manager.
Find the heading titled Universal Serial Bus controllers and expand it.
Look for the USB 3.0 Controller that your device is plugged into, right click it, and select Properties.
