Issue Details

• How do I get a release code for my Electronics Workbench Product version 9, 8, 7 or 6 (2001)? 
• I have Multisim or Ultiboard version 9, 8, 7 or 6 (2001). How can I activate it?

Please contact us with the following details:

• Customer Name
• Company
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Telephone Number 
• Serial Number/s
• Signature/s (from Startup Screen)

Enter the serial number(s) and signature(s) below. 
Serial numbers can be entered as XX-1234-56789-0123-45678 or 1234-56789-0123-45678.
Signatures can be entered as 12355-67890.

Additional Information

• A Technical Support Engineer will typically respond to your release code request within 12 business hours, barring holidays. Navigate to the NI Product Activation webpage below to activate current NI Electronics Workbench software.
• If you are not sure what the Signature Code is, please launch the application. On the initial screen (where you get prompted to type in a release code) you will see that the Signature Code is displayed. It is important to give the correct Signature Code in order to get the correct Release Code.
• If you are re-installing the software, and you get the same Signature Code as before, you are able to use the same Release Code that you were previously using. You do not need to get a new one.
