Why Is the "Network Devices" Category Missing From NI MAX?

Issue Details

I am trying to connect to my Ethernet NI-DAQ™mx devices in MAX. Under Devices and Interfaces, I should see Network Devices, but the entire category is missing. 

How can I get the category to show up so that I can connect to my devices?
 

Solution

Network Devices will not show up if configuration support does not install. To include configuration support in your installer, check the box for NI-DAQmx Runtime with Configuration Support in the installer settings.
