Internal Error: Failed to Load Analysis Module in Teststand

Issue Details

My Sequence Analyzer throws up one of the following internal errors:

Failed to Load Analysis Module. Could not find file 'NI AnalysisModules.dll'.

or

Failed to Load Analysis Module. Could not find file 'LabVIEWChecksumModule.dll'.

Solution

You can solve the error by trying the following:
  • In NI TestStand, go to Configure, select Search Directories. In the new window, look for TestStand Components Directory and ensure Search Subdirectories is checked, as shown:
  • Fixing the broken VIs prevents the internal error from occurring any further.
  • If you are using NI TestStand 2016, you can run NI update service and install the f2 patch. This issue is fixed in NI TestStand 2016 f2 patch.
