Issue Details

I have an EXE application that was made with LabVIEW 2012. I am currently running this EXE on a Windows 7 computer with no issues. However, I would like to run this EXE on a Windows 10 computer. Is this possible?

Solution

This could be possible, but LabVIEW 2012 is not compatible with Windows 10. We cannot guarantee functionality for any non-compatible software versions. To run an executable in LabVIEW, you will need the corresponding LabVIEW Run-Time Engine version - in this case, we would have to use the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2012 to run our executable. Because LabVIEW 2012 is not compatible on Windows 10, neither is the Run-Time Engine. We cannot guarantee functionality in this case.
