I am trying to export my data from the VIEW tab to the REPORT tab in DIAdem. When I do this, I don't see any channel data on the report. What could be happening?

Solution

The channel names may have blank characters on the beginnings or ends that are causing DIAdem to incorrectly interpret channel data when transferring it to a report. If you have manipulated channel names in a script, try using the Trim method to remove any unwanted blank characters off the ends of your channel names.
