National Instruments Online Self Pacing is Not Working

Issue Details

I have access to online self pacing courses on my National Instruments account. However, when I start a course I encounter problems such as the window where video seemingly should play is black. 



Troubleshooting steps you should take are:
  • Delete your browser's cookies.
  • Try accessing the self paced course in another browser. (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome)

If neither of the above steps solves the issue then please contact and they shall help troubleshoot this further.
