National Instruments Online Self Pacing is Not Working

Issue Details

I have access to online self pacing courses on my National Instruments account. However, when I start a course I encounter problems such as the window where video seemingly should play is black. 

 

Solution

Troubleshooting steps you should take are:
  • Delete your browser's cookies.
  • Try accessing the self paced course in another browser. (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome)

If neither of the above steps solves the issue then please contact self-paced-training@ni.com and they shall help troubleshoot this further.
