Why Doesn’t the PCI-6733 Appear in MAX?

Issue Details

I have three PCI-6733, they can appear in MAX on the computer, but cannot appear on the other computer. What can I do?


If you cannot find your device in MAX, please complete the following steps:
  1. Ensure you have the correct version of DAQmx or other related drives installed on the computer.
  2. Check the device connections at the PCI-6733 and host computer.
  3. If you have network firewalls or the other security software enabled, try temporarily turning them off. You may also need to add an exception for MAX. For example, in Windows 7, select Start>>Control Panel>>System and Security>>Windows FireWall>>Allow a program through Windows Firewall. Click Allow another program, select Measurement & Automation, click Add, then click OK.
