Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I use USB-6341 for testing a large number of resistors. And I need to analyse those data with SPC tools, like getting First Pass Yield (FPY) from test data. Is this kind of feature provided in LabVIEW?

Solution

Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools is contained in 'Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module (DSC)' provided in LabVIEW. However, you need to purchase this module unless it is included in your license. You could download this module according to your LabVIEW version.

Additional Information

There are also some toolkit provided by third party based on LabVIEW, which are technically supported by third party themselves.
